Our most popular appointments:
- ADHD Assessment - conducted by a Medical Doctor to determine whether you have ADHD
- Child & Adolescent General Psychiatric Assessment - conducted by a CAMHS Medical Doctor for an assessment of your child / teenagers' mental health, diagnosis & treatment plan
- Initial Clinical Psychology Session - conducted by a Clinical Psychologist to help you understand your conditions
- General Psychiatry Assessment - conducted by a Psychiatrist (medical doctor) for an assessment of your mental health, diagnosis & treatment plan
- Therapist Session - conducted by a Therapist to provide tools for you to help with your everyday needs
- Remote Autism Assessment - conducted by a Doctor to determine whether you have Autism
For all new patients / clients, an onboarding form will need to be completed and returned to us as soon as possible. A link can be found within your appointment confirmation email that is sent to you once booked. If these are not completed at least 24 hours before an appointment, we may need to reschedule.
NB it is the patient / client's responsibility to book all follow up appointments. We recommend these are booked in advance, to ensure medication continuity.
