Dr Denzel Mitchell
Dr Denzel Mitchell is a Consultant Psychiatrist. He understands that every patient is a unique person, and he will support them to get to a better place on their journey.
Dr Mitchell received his medical degree in South Africa and completed his training in 2011 as a psychiatrist in Hampshire, UK working within the NHS as a Consultant. His higher specialist training has afforded him an endorsement in substance misuse. He has experience working with a variety of psychotherapy models, addressing both simple and complex mental health issues. Using his wide range of skills, he believes that a person-centred approach embraces the fundamentals of holistic care. Dr Mitchell completes assessments to see whether patients are eligible for medical cannabis therapy.
Dr Mitchell believes it is his responsibility to ensure he has the broadest and most updated skills to ensure that he provides the highest quality of care and treatments for his patients.
