1.1 Talkmind will keep in strict confidence all information of a confidential nature that is disclosed to it or its employees, agents, doctors, or subcontractors. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. We fully comply with data protection law in force in the UK and with all medical confidentiality guidelines, including those published by the GMC.
1.2 By submitting personal data to us and / or by using our services and website you give your consent to practices described within our privacy policy.
1.3 Personal data means any information relating to you, whether it be mental or physical health. Any data you give to us, either by phone, in person or in writing, can be stored by us. By providing this data, you give us your consent to process this sensitive data. This data will be used to assist us in providing care, information and services to patients.
1.4 We will not be passing any personal data onto third parties for marketing purposes; however, we might pass it onto other health care or social care professionals. We will only share information with your GP if given permission to do so.
1.5 We may be legally obliged to disclose personal information in order to protect the rights, property or safety of our patients, employees or others.

2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. 2.3 Marketing Attribution: When you visit our site via an advertisement or marketing campaign, we may collect campaign information such as the source (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), medium, and campaign name using UTM tracking parameters and cookies. This helps us understand how you found Talkmind and how our marketing performs.
2.4 Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Stripe), email address, and phone number. 2.5 Email Subscriptions and Marketing Consent: If you choose to subscribe to our wellbeing guides, updates or booking offers, we collect your name and email address for the purpose of sending these communications. Subscription is entirely optional and not required to access our services or take our questionnaires.
2.6 Questionnaire Information: If you choose to take one of our wellbeing questionnaires, we collect your responses in order to generate your personalised result. Where results are delivered by email, your questionnaire responses will be linked to your email address for the purpose of providing this service. Questionnaire responses are not used for marketing unless you separately provide explicit consent..

2.8 When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
3. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
3.1 We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
a. Communicate with you;
b. Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

4.1 We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. 4.2 Email Communications: We use MailerLite to manage email communications, newsletters and optional wellbeing updates. When you subscribe, your name and email address are stored securely by MailerLite solely for the purpose of sending these communications. MailerLite acts as our data processor. 5. Do Not Track
5.1 Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
6. Your Rights
