I am a psychodynamically informed therapist offering a form of creative psychotherapy that draws on Jungian frameworks. As an HCPC-licensed dramatherapist and member of the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth), I use the creative arts to explore, express and contain your personal stories, emotions, thoughts, memories and experience.

Within my practice, I also utilise body/movement therapy, allowing you to delve into your unconscious and your nervous system to explore the ways in which the world has imprinted its mark on you and the ways in which you interact with it. While encompassing aspects of talk therapy, this form of psychotherapy does not necessarily rely on verbalising experiences as we can explore them both verbally and non-verbally through the arts and the body.

I feel passionate about working with individuals that struggle to find what we call home and want to explore who they are and what they want. I also understand that destructive and painful patterns in behaviours and thoughts serve an adaptive function. Together, we will explore what lies behind these protective mechanisms and build curiosity towards oneself. I ultimately aim at being a guide in finding your own voice.

If you are curious about what we can do together, you can book an initial consultation for you to assess if I am the therapist you are looking for. I would also be willing to consider concessions  on a case by case basis if you want to explore working with me more.
