Our appointments take place remotely in the comfort of your own home, or for those within reach of the Winchester area we offer face-to-face sessions.

PTSD stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and is a condition that can develop after a person either experiences or witnesses a traumatic event, such as an accident, violence or bereavement. Therapy for trauma will address symptoms such as insomnia, changes in appetite and panic attacks.

For all first-time appointments, an onboarding form will need to be completed and returned to us as soon as possible. These are sent via an email once your appointment is booked. If these are not completed at least 24 hours before an appointment, we may need to reschedule.
